Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Domestic Violence In-Service Training

The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office in cooperation with the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy will provide mandatory Domestic Violence In-Service training for all sworn police officers. The training is designed to assist law enforcement personnel effectively identify and respond to victims of domestic violence. The training addresses the issue from a victim’s perspective and provides practical information for effective intervention and support resources.

The training will satisfy the statutory requirement for the annual Domestic Violence training, as well as, additional blocks of instruction on Bloodborne Pathogens, Right to Know, and HazMat Training.

Course Cost

In-County: No Charge
Out-of-County: $25.00 per attendee

Dates and Times of Training

Registration is required. Fill out the Academy Standard Registration Form.

All classes are given on the same dates as the Use of Force/Vehicular Pursuit class scheduled at 12:30 pm.
